Boxing Day 2025 - What You Need to Know!
Our Boxing Day Mystery sale will take place from 9 AM ET on Friday, December 26th 2025 until January 5th, 2026 - or until we run out of stuff (whichever comes first)!
Boxing Day FAQ:
Q: What's wrong with the mystery items?
A: Our mystery sales include: misprints with slight registration issues, mis-tagged items (like the incorrect neck tag size being printed in!), prints that came out too small or too large, prints with slight colour inconsistencies, prints with imperfect ink texture, apparel where the print shop left small ink marks where they shouldn't be, tiny pinholes or insignificant runs in the fabric, embroideries where the wrong colour thread was partially used, a small section was omitted, or there was some inconsistency with the thread coverage, patch hat tests (patch sewn on and then no full run produced), apparel that was worn in a photoshoot and subsequently washed, and other minor issues of that nature!
Our mystery sales never include: failing seams or hardware, fit differences / issues, any hole larger than a pin prick, gross stains or legitimately dirty items.
Q: Can I use discount codes on the mystery items?
A: The mystery items are already marked down to 40-50% off regular price, and can't be combined with other discount codes. If you have other items in your order, discount codes will apply to them as usual.
Q: Can I return a mystery item if I don't like what I get?
A: Unfortunately no, mystery items are all final sale. If you feel a serious mistake was made, like the item you received is damaged in a way that makes it unwearable, by all means get in touch!
Q: What happens if I order multiple mystery items and get the same thing twice?
A: We avoid this happening as much as we can, but do need to warn you that it is possible and the duplicate item will not be eligible for return.
Q: Can I get my mystery sale tees cropped?
A: We won't be cropping mystery tees, but we will have some pre-cropped ones available! They'll be options within the "mystery unisex tee" and "mystery long sleeve tee" products. You can also crop them at home, of course!
Q: How do I get the free tote?
A: Orders over $70 USD ($89 CAD per our set exchange rate) of items from the Mystery Sale will qualify for a free "Trade War" tote while supplies last! The tote can also be purchased separately for $20 USD / $25 CAD.
Customer service during Boxing Week:
- Our shipping is on break during the sale and will resume full force as of January 5th, 2026 (some Canadian orders may go out earlier depending on carrier schedules)!
- If you have questions about an order, please email support@stayhomeclub.com - We will be replying to customer service emails intermittently but any queries other than urgent ones will only be answered when we return from break on January 5th. Examples of issues that we'll deal with upon our return: address changes, order cancellations, etc. Rest assured that nothing will ship out until the emails have been read and dealt with.
