PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS WISHING TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR SIZE / FIT REASONS. IF WE MADE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, ETC - PLEASE EMAIL SUPPORT@STAYHOMECLUB.COM INSTEAD OF USING OUR RETURNS CENTER.
For unintentional returns that are as a result of customer error (e.g. the customer made an error with the shipping details) we can only issue refunds less the original shipping amount once the items arrive safely back to our office. If the order received free shipping from Stay Home Club, we will still deduct the shipping costs that we had to pay.
*Please note that due to current complications at the US / Canada border, our parcel carrier is only bringing American returns to us on the last Friday of every month. Your return must be received at our PO Box by the Wednesday preceding that date in order to be processed in the days following our receipt of the return. Anything else will be bumped until the end of the next month. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience with this! <3*
We accept returns on full-priced (non-clearance sale), non-altered APPAREL items within 40 days of purchase - the exception to this rule is any item with the LAST CHANCE tag (seen under the item name on the collection and item pages). Returns are only eligible for REFUND which will be processed to the original payment method upon receiving the returned item back to our office. Except for in special cases (defective merchandise, etc), the customer will be expected to pay the return shipping cost. There is no refund on the original shipping cost of the item.
We offer this service on apparel items because we understand that it's hard to be sure of fit when purchasing online. All other items (accessories, jewellery, stationery, etc) are non-returnable.
What items are returnable?
- Within 40 days of your order
- Full priced apparel items
- Unwashed, unworn and undamaged (if it sat on your bed for a week and got covered in cat hair, this counts as damaged! If you live in a smoking household and the item smells strongly of cigarettes, this counts as damaged! Sorry!)
What items are non-returnable?
- Accessories, paper goods, homewares and non-apparel items (ie. hats, beanies, totes)
- Sale items
- Items with the "last chance" tag
- Made-to-order items such as Custom Portraits and blankets
- Apparel items that have been altered / cropped by the customer or by us at the customer's request
Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- There are no additional restocking fees

How soon will I get my refund?
- We are located in Canada and our cross-border parcel carrier brings us returns from our US PO Box at the end of every month (return must be received by the Wednesday preceding the last Friday of the month in order to be processed that month)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved for refund, you will receive an email confirming that a refund is being processed for the full purchase value of the returned item.
