PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS WISHING TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR SIZE / FIT REASONS. IF WE MADE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, ETC - PLEASE EMAIL SUPPORT@STAYHOMECLUB.COM INSTEAD OF USING OUR RETURNS CENTER.
For unintentional returns that are as a result of customer error (e.g. the customer made an error with the shipping details) we can only issue refunds less the original shipping amount once the items arrive safely back to our office. If the order received free shipping from Stay Home Club, we will still deduct the shipping costs that we had to pay.
We accept returns on full-priced APPAREL items within 40 days of purchase. Returns are only eligible for STORE CREDIT which will be paid out in the form of gift cards. Except for in special cases (defective merchandise, etc), the customer will be expected to pay the return shipping cost. There is no refund on the original shipping cost of the item.
Please note that we can only issue store credit gift cards in USD. If you order was placed in a different currency, the credit value will be converted to USD at our set exchange rate.
We offer this service on apparel items because we understand that it's hard to be sure of fit when purchasing online. All other items (accessories, jewellery, stationery, etc) are non-returnable.
What items are returnable?
- Within 40 days of your order
- Full priced apparel items only
- Unwashed, unworn and undamaged (if it sat on your bed for a week and got covered in cat hair, this counts as damaged! If you live in a smoking household and the item smells strongly of cigarettes, this counts as damaged! Sorry!)
What items are non-returnable?
- Accessories, paper goods, homewares and non-apparel items (ie. hats, beanies, totes)
- Sale items
Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- There are no additional restocking fees

How soon will I get my store credit?
- We are located in Canada and our freight forwarder brings us returns from our US PO Box within 2 weeks of their arrival there
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
- If you are approved for a store credit, you will receive an email with a gift card code for the full purchase value of the returned item.
