IN LIGHT OF CURRENT TARIFFS ON CANADIAN / INTERNATIONAL GOODS ENTERING THE US, PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR USA SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE CHANGING ON AN ONGOING BASIS.  THIS DOCUMENT WILL BE UPDATED AS THE SITUATION EVOLVES.

SHIPPING SERVICES:

AMERICAN CUSTOMERS - 

Our US shipping has reopened! (For now!)

Please note that orders are still likely to experience some delays due to backups at customs. We bring our parcels over the border several times a week, but customs brokers are working night and day to formally enter all the shipments coming in with the rigorous new documentation that's required.

All US parcels ship via UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage once they've arrived on US soil. We select the best choice for your location between those 2 services, but generally speaking they both take between 2-7 business days from when the parcel enters the mail stream in upstate NY. If you have a specific preference between USPS and UPS, please let us know using the cart notes or in an email. All parcels are tracked except for our "stickermail" service (aka lettermail) which can be used only for small orders of only stickers and bookmarks that don't require a rigid mailer. 

In light of the new brokerage fees we are required to pay on all packages, our fees have increased by $1 for all services and our US free shipping threshold is now $80. All orders over $80 ship free anywhere in the USA :) 

All applicable tariffs and duties are added at checkout, transparently, and we have metaphorically moved mountains to keep these as low as humanly possible for our customers. Parcels going to US addresses are guaranteed to arrive without additional, surprise fees after checkout.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS -

Due to the current Canada Post labour disruptions and upheaval, we are only using untracked lettermail for low value items like stickers. 

• Orders over $115 CAD currently ship free via the least expensive tracked method possible (usually Canada Post expedited parcel, ICS Courier, or bike delivery within Montreal). 
• Local orders being delivered on the island of Montreal have the option of $5 flat rate delivery by our trusty resident cyclist, guaranteed within 1 week of your order. This is weather / seasonably dependent and the service may not be availably during periods of the winter.
• Orders containing only small, flat, low value items ship untracked via letter mail (we call this STICKERMAIL). Thickness and weight restrictions apply, if it's possible you'll see it at checkout. Letter mail does not include tracking and has no delivery window guarantee. It usually arrives within 4 weeks but should be considered the budget option and not relied upon for punctuality!
• Canada Post Expedited Parcel is our standard shipping option and includes tracking. Usually arrives within a week of shipment date, but timing is not guaranteed.
• ICS Courier is often less expensive than Canada Post parcels as well as faster (usually 1-3 days delivery) however it's completely uninsured, meaning that any parcel sent via this method that is lost in transit cannot be replaced. This is obviously not a common occurrence, but something to be aware of! Please note that even though the service is sometimes called "next day" we may not process your order for 2-3 days after it comes in. The "next day" only refers to the transit time once it has left our office. ICS cannot deliver to PO boxes.
• Purolator Ground, Purolator Express and UPS services are our most reliable tracked shipping options, usually arriving within 3 days of shipment date and insured. Please note that these services do not deliver PO boxes.
• Transit times begin when your parcel enters the mail stream, usually within 2-3 business days of placing your order except for in special cases such as blankets which ship directly from their manufacturer in the time frame specified on their item pages as well as during busy periods such as big sales and collection launches, which can extend our processing time by up to a week.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - 

• STICKERMAIL is what we call untracked international letter mail, which can be used for the lightest, flattest low value items (stickers, some bookmarks). There are no timing guarantees and no tracking.
•  Small Packet International Air is an UNTRACKED service offered by Canada Post that is available to some destinations on parcels that meet certain criteria. Transit time is usually 2-3 weeks barring customs delays. Being untracked, we cannot resolve missing parcel situations until much longer has passed - please leave at least a month after the ship date before emailing us with inquiries
• DHL Express Worldwide and UPS services are our fastest methods, tracked door to door, they usually arrive within a week barring customs delays.
• Transit times begin when your parcel enters the mail stream, usually within 2-3 business days of placing your order except for in special cases such as blankets which have a longer turnaround time as specified on their item pages.

We charge VAT at checkout for orders under £135 going to the UK. These orders should not be subject to any additional fees upon delivery. Orders destined to the UK over £135 will likely be subject to VAT, possible customs fees and a Royal Mail processing fee at time of delivery. This is completely out of our hands and part of the UK's new customs regulations.

We comply with the EU's current GPSR regulations, and we do ship to the EU. European customers should expect possible VAT, customs and applicable import fees on delivery. We are not responsible for any fees your country's customs agency may collect.
