IN LIGHT OF CURRENT PROPOSED TARIFFS ON CANADIAN / INTERNATIONAL GOODS ENTERING THE US, PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR USA SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE CHANGING ON AN ONGOING BASIS. THIS DOCUMENT WILL BE UPDATED AS THE SITUATION EVOLVES.
SHIPPING SERVICES:
As of late August 2025, our US shipping is on pause while we reassess how best to serve our American customers since the removal of the de minimis threshold for low value shipments. Since we are located in Canada, our products cross the border to get to you and are subject to any applicable tariffs and duties. We are working hard on a system to keep these fees transparent and minimal. Stay tuned!
Note that blankets (which ship from their manufacturer in NC) remain available to US customers.
Due to the ongoing threat of a Canada Post strike, please consider other carriers before selecting Canada Post services (including "stickermail"). While Canada Post continues to operate, they have warned of delays across their services. Any shipping delays or "lost" shipments due to Canada Post disruptions will not be considered for replacement or reimbursement until their labour situation is resolved.
We charge VAT at checkout for orders under £135 going to the UK. These orders should not be subject to any additional fees upon delivery. Orders destined to the UK over £135 will likely be subject to VAT, possible customs fees and a Royal Mail processing fee at time of delivery. This is completely out of our hands and part of the UK's new customs regulations.
We recently took steps to comply with the EU's current GPSR regulations, and have recommenced shipping to the EU. European customers should expect possible VAT, customs and applicable import fees on delivery. We are not responsible for any fees your country's customs agency may collect.
