As of the afternoon of Feb. 7th, the "De minimis" provision is back in place for all our packages and we've returned to business as usual (for now!) This is likely to change again as of March 3rd, 2025.
We charge VAT at checkout for orders under £135 going to the UK. These orders should not be subject to any additional fees upon delivery. Orders destined to the UK over £135 will likely be subject to VAT, possible customs fees and a Royal Mail processing fee at time of delivery. This is completely out of our hands and part of the UK's new customs regulations.
We recently took steps to comply with the EU's current GPSR regulations, and have recommenced shipping to the EU. European customers should expect possible VAT, customs and applicable import fees on delivery. We are not responsible for any fees your country's customs agency may collect.
