Boxing Week FAQ:
Q: What's wrong with the mystery items?
A: The majority of the mystery items in this sale are t-shirts that had slight garment dye irregularities, washed once to make them more uniform. They're now indistinguishable from our regular t-shirts, but since they've been washed after printing we don't sell them alongside regular stock. Bonus: the water-based prints blend right in with the t-shirt fibres after one wash, so they're extra soft!
You'll also find lots of tote samples in perfect condition that we went through while exhaustively testing out blank options, longsleeve tees with minor ink colour differences between the prints, and lots more. Each mystery item's description lists the possibilities for why they'd be in the sale.
Q: Can I use discount codes on the mystery items?
A: The mystery items are already marked down to 40-50% off regular price, and can't be combined with other discount codes. If you have other items in your order, discount codes will apply to them as usual.
Q: Can I return a mystery item if I don't like what I get?
A: Unfortunately no, mystery items are all final sale. If you feel a serious mistake was made, like the item you received is damaged in a way that makes it unwearable, by all means get in touch!
Q: What happens if I order multiple mystery items and get the same thing twice?
A: We avoid this happening as much as we can, but do need to warn you that it is possible and the duplicate item will not be eligible for return. On items where it's very likely you'd receive multiples, we've tagged them "duplicates likely".
Customer service during Boxing Week:
- If you have questions about an order, please email support@stayhomeclub.com - We will be replying to customer service emails intermittently but any queries other than urgent ones will only be answered when we return from break on January 2nd. Examples of issues that we'll deal with upon our return: address changes, order cancellations, etc. Rest assured that nothing will ship out until the emails have been read and dealt with.
