Beginning in May 2025 certain items became unavailable for US shipping due to high tariff rates and ineligibility for "de minimis" entry (the under $800 value exemption we work with to move orders across the border). These items will not appear on the website when browsing from the US.
For all other items:
Due to the ongoing threat of a Canada Post strike, please consider other carriers before selecting Canada Post services (including "stickermail"). While Canada Post continues to operate, they have warned of delays across their services. Any shipping delays or "lost" shipments due to Canada Post disruptions will not be considered for replacement or reimbursement until their labour situation is resolved.
We charge VAT at checkout for orders under £135 going to the UK. These orders should not be subject to any additional fees upon delivery. Orders destined to the UK over £135 will likely be subject to VAT, possible customs fees and a Royal Mail processing fee at time of delivery. This is completely out of our hands and part of the UK's new customs regulations.
We recently took steps to comply with the EU's current GPSR regulations, and have recommenced shipping to the EU. European customers should expect possible VAT, customs and applicable import fees on delivery. We are not responsible for any fees your country's customs agency may collect.
